When you use certain social features on our Platform, you CANNOT make your profile public. Sharing content publicly would be a direct violation of our HIPAA Compliance Policy. Subscribers have access to client data only as needed for service delivery. Content will be ONLY available to other users with administrative access in relation to your registered business.

Your profile will be considered active if you have an active subscription within the last two years. After five years all profile information and personal data will be permanently deleted.

SmartBran, our service providers and third parties collect information from your browser, devices, or apps when you use our Platform using cookies, pixel tags, identifiers for mobile devices, and other similar technologies to analyze and understand how you use our Platform, secure and protect it, optimize performance, and serve relevant advertising.
Our Platform may provide links to other third-party websites and apps. Linked sites and apps have their own privacy notices or policies. We are not responsible for their content, use, or privacy practices.
Applicable law and our practices change over time. If we update our Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on our Platform and provide prior notice for material changes. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
